An evocative and pensive piece of royalty free music with a very spacey sound canvas. This piece of music is based around a haunting hook from an electric piano and phased guitar arpeggios.
Featuring a medium slow tempo and a running time of three minutes and forty two seconds Slow Train Coming's center piece is the dreamy and other worldly electric piano melody that floats all around the stereo spectrum. A heavily pased electric guitar gives the piece a darker edge while solid bass guitar and a skipping drum beat keep things moving nicely.
A final pristine bell like instrument is add to the mix in the closing stages adding some tension into what seems to be an open question at the end. The feel throughout is one of detachment and perhaps slightly bohemian but the simple arrangement makes for a good music bed and has enough ornamentation to perhaps lift a scene without stealing the show.
