Purchasing any Royalty Free Music from White Beetle Ltd means you agree to the terms of our License Agreement as laid out below.
When you purchase White Beetle Ltd's Royalty Free Music you as an individual or named company are granted the non-exclusive right to use the music in audio visual production, website, computer/video games or any other type of media production.
You pay for your purchased music once and no other subsequent payments to White Beetle Ltd are required from you the Licensee.
Multi media CD ROM/DVD/Video Game/Web Downloads that includes royalty free music licensed from White Beetle Ltd require a separate license if over 500 copies are to produced. Please
contact us.
The Royalty Free Music you purchase can only be synchronised with one of your productions. It cannot be sold on its own, re licensed, copied, pirated, broadcast on its own, or leased to another person or organisation.
The Composers of White Beetle Ltd's Royalty Free Music must be credited properly in order for their Copyrights to be respected.
The Licensee is granted a license for 75 years.
This License allows you use the piece of Royalty Free Music you have purchased from White Beetle Ltd in any country.
Changes to the license agreement can only be made by White Beetle Ltd giving the Licensee 28 days notice only.
Breach of contract by the Licensee means any Royalty Free Music purchased from White Beetle Ltd must be deleted from their media productions and cannot be distributed to Third Parties.
White Beetle Ltd is a a registered company (05325806) in the United Kingdom and comes under the legal jurisdiction of the United Kingdom. |
