Purchasing any Royalty Free Music from White Beetle Ltd means you agree to the terms & conditions of our License Agreement as laid out below.

• When you purchase White Beetle Ltd's Royalty Free Music you as an individual or named company are granted the non-exclusive right to use the music in your media production (film, television, radio, multi-media, website, podcast and computer/video games, etc) or for public broadcast.

• You pay for your purchased Royalty Free Music once and no other subsequent payments to White Beetle Ltd are required from you the Licensee unless you are synchronising your purchased Royalty Free Music with more than 500 copies of your your media production (Multi-media CD, CD-ROM, DVD, Blu-ray Disc,Video Games and Web Downloads, etc).

• The Composers of White Beetle Ltd's Royalty Free Music must be credited properly and Broadcast companies must use Cue Sheets unless the purchased Royalty Free Music is indicated as cleared for free public broadcast.

• Royalty Free Music purchased from White Beetle Ltd that is indicated as cleared for free public broadcast can be used/broadcast in Shops, Showrooms, Restaurants, other Commercial and Public Places with complete exemption from Performing and Mechanical Rights collection agencies.

• Royalty Free Music indicated as cleared for free public broadcast is also known as Copyright Free Music and does not require the use of Cue Sheets.

• The Royalty Free Music you purchase can be synchronised with more than one of your media productions.

• The Royalty Free Music you purchase cannot be resold on its own, re-licensed, copied, pirated or leased to another person or organisation.

• The Licensee is granted a license for 75 years.

• This License allows the Licensee use of the purchased Royalty Free Music in any country within the limits of this agreement.

• Breach of contract by the Licensee means any Royalty Free Music purchased from White Beetle Ltd must be deleted from their media productions and cannot be distributed to Third Parties.

• White Beetle Ltd is a a registered company (05325806) in the United Kingdom and comes under the legal jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
