Purchasing any Royalty Free Music from White Beetle Ltd means you agree to the terms & conditions of our License Agreement as laid out below.
- When you purchase White Beetle Ltd's Royalty Free Music you the Licensee as an individual or named company are granted the non-exclusive right to synchronize the Music in your media production (film, television, radio, multi-media, website, podcast and computer/video games, etc).
- The Licensee is granted a license for 75 years.
- The Royalty Free Music you purchase can be synchronized with more than one of your media productions.
- Royalty Free Music purchased from White Beetle Ltd indicated as cleared for free public broadcast can be used/broadcast in Shops, Showrooms, Restaurants, other Commercial and Public Places with complete exemption from Performing and Mechanical Rights collection agencies.
- When you purchase White Beetle Ltd's Royalty Free Music you can use it in any country within the limits of this agreement.
- Synchronising your purchased Royalty Free Music with more than 500 copies of your media production (Multi-media CD, CD-ROM, DVD, Blu-ray Disc,Video Games and Web Downloads and Smartphone applications) requires an additional purchase per 500 copies of your media production unless your media production is a free giveaway and this requires only a single purchase.
- The Licensee cannot resell or transfer or relicense Royalty Free Music Licensed from White Beetle Ltd.
- Unauthorized use is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the United Kingdom and other countries.
- White Beetle Ltd is a a registered company (05325806) in the United Kingdom and comes under the legal jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
